Tehane is the owner of and the Broker-in Charge for Wayfinder Homes. Tehane is a graduate of the University of Colorado and has multiple years of working in the medical laboratory and related information systems industry. Tehane enjoys rock climbing, yoga, exercise, reading, and cuddling with her daughters.

Mary Kate is the Managing Director and a licensed NC REALTOR®/Broker for Wayfinder Homes. She grew up right here in Clemmons and graduated from Appalachian State University. Mary Kate has spent several years dominating the luxury, hospitality, and travel industries. Her Forbes® Five Star and Ritz-Carlton training and background helped her successfully scale several residential and tech startups. Mary Kate loves to snorkel, bake cookies, provide a full life for her pitbull, and travel to beautiful places. She is busy planning her next adventure to Spain. 

Madison is a NC Licensed REALTOR/Broker for Wayfinder Homes LLC. She is a native of the NC Foothills has a variety of experience as a former Paralegal in the legal field, a real estate admin, and in 2019 finally decided to take the plunge and become a licensed real estate agent! Her and her husband, Dakota, own short and long term rentals. She enjoys focusing on other women and couples who want to dive into the real estate investing journey. In her spare time, you will find her hanging out with Dakota and their three dogs, working out, traveling, or exploring nature!

Dakota is a NC Licensed REALTOR/Broker for Wayfinder Homes LLC. He has been involved in his family's small business of aftermarket automotive accessories for over 15 years and currently owns his own wheel and tire business. While running the wheel and tire business, he also focuses on investor-friendly residential real estate sales and managing the real estate investment projects that he and his wife, Madison, have. He enjoys helping other men with their faith, fitness, and mindset and when he's not talking about real estate investing you can also find him hanging out with Madison and their three dogs, working out, or creating content!
